Bernard Dick - Artist

The Plein Air club I belong to sked me to raise my prices. My response: "Better on someone's wall than in my storage rack." I cooperated and raised the prices. Then I ran into trouble by failing to follow framing instructions for the recent show. A blow to my ego. Below are the accepted works.

Each artist has two pieces in this show. Runs through November 2022. Mine are "Mother and Child" and "Seal Cove Post Office".

Acrylic on Stretched Canvas, 30" x 30"

I have been doing small plein air paintings for a long time now. This is a departure in that it is large and a figurative piece. Completed about the middle of August 2022.

Let's see if at least one is accepted. I have been sort of ignoring these 3 little ones. Finally framed them and entered them in a show.
